In the last week of the semester, we prepared for the presentation where we present the analysis and research we conducted throughout the semester.
Prior to the presentation, we sat down and organized the key points we wanted to present and discuss.
In the presentation as well, we chose to showcase and present the project according to the Double Diamond model - from the broad problem, through focused narrowing down and presentation of existing solutions, to our unique solution.
On Sunday, Noa and Gilad presented our project -
- Firstly, they began by presenting our domain and showed the importance of choosing it with empirical data.
- Secondly, presented quotes from experts on the importance of the topics and emphasized the difficulties and problems within the domain.
- Next, they reinforced the discussions with experts using data from articles.
- Then they presented quotes from the target audience and discussed the challenges and needs that emerged from the conversations.
From all the points discussed, it led them to the "how might we" question and to the presentation of the persona and scenario.
We used AI tools and presented the scenario as a children's story (a attention-grabbing method towards the middle of the presentation).
Finally, we presented our application's initial landing page and heard the feedback from the mentors. Among the feedback, the initial idea we had regarding b2b came up - but we had to abandon it because of the regulation.
Besides that, we received new directions that we intend to implement in the next semester regarding optimization proposals and additional options besides recipes.
We look forward to the next semester and our further progress in the project.
